This is a airport hotel that used to have a shuttle to/from airport. They claim covid 19 stopped them from offering it. Yet they will arrange it in a shuttle type bus with other guests for 20 Euros each way. The hotel is 7 KM from the airport. Obviously a total rip off. I am Accor platinum and next time I will stay at the Sheraton on airport or stay in Milano and take the Malpensa Express to the airport.

I am a customer of Novotel since ever and I must admit this time I am not fully satisfied. My points are not crucial of course: the room was perfectly clean and recently renovated , the staff was absolutely kind and professional, the hotel is well situated and connected to the airport. My only remarks were about the lack of boiler and coffee/tea in the room (I had to wake up at 4 to bring my daughters to the airport and you can just imagine how crucial a cup of coffee can be) and the smell of cigarette in the bathroom (which on the other hand was clean, big and recently renovated). The garage needs some renovation. As said, not a very big deal, but still some improvements needed in my opinion in order to reach 5-points rate.

Close to the airport with good facilities, shuttle, food, bar, pool and parking possibility. Service staff was very helpful but team was understaffed and therefore not always easy to catch. Perfect hotel for one or two nights close to the airport.

Been in Novotel hotels before around the world, they're a goal if you want to be in a safe and clean hotel. Employees are friendly and professional, rooms are nice and quiet big. Great breakfast with lots of choices

I expected better appointed rooms as compared to the Mercure or Ibis but was sorely disappointed. It was a slightly improved version of an Ibis but frankly, to me, not value for the charges. Having said that, I am happy to say that the team was welcoming and helpful.

Good hotel with the exception of the air conditioning system. The outside temperature during my stay ranged from 8 deg C (night) to 19 deg (day) in early October. It was definitely a few degrees warmer in the room than in the hallways which felt properly air conditioned. My first room was unbearably hot, even with the weak air conditioning system on maximum (I took a shower and afterwards was sweating profusely), so I had to change rooms. Second room was OK the first night but the 2nd night it was also starting to warm up, too, and the air conditioning was again insufficient at night to provide proper cooling. There is an issue with the AC which needs to be addressed if you need to leave your door to the hallway open to cool the room. I've stayed at other hotels near Malpensa airport in summer (up to 30 deg C) but never had this level of issue with the air conditioning system. This needs to be addressed. Other than that, the service, food and everything else was fine.

Nice location close to airport, shuttle to airport every 30 minutes, room is nice, quite good space for standard room, breakfast also good, quite a lot of choices, gym not too bad. Dinner menu is not too many choices.

We chose this hotel because of the airport shuttle. Unfortunately when we arrived at the airport there was a bus missing and we were left hanging around for an hour in spite of calling the hotel twice. Most unsatisfactory. Carpets in corridors & our room had not been vacuumed thoroughly at all.

in general tis hotel is ok for a short stay near airport. I understand that it is not easy to manage with nearby daily changes of guests all over the day. Housekeeping is good but sometimes little things fail. I address this to the supervising by management. a cleaning of the coffee machine from remaining stay would be nice. I booked a executive room - but the room was equiped as a standard room. after claiming I received finally a bottle of water etc that is clearly a missing supervising

Nice hotel very close to the airport. But you do need GPS to find it as it is tucked away in a side street with little signage. Very moern with good facilities, breakfast is very good and value for money. It has a pool and a nice bar.
Wish we had checked the reviews before we booked - this bad hotel is a Novotel in name only

We stayed here due to proximity to Milan Airport. Unfortunately that is the only thing going for it. As other reviewers have found, the rooms & public areas are not clean or properly maintained and equipment in the rooms does not function. Our experiences were also bad & we observed other customers with similar problems during our stay. So what were our specific problems? When we arrived at our room, we found that the bathroom had not been cleaned. Pubic hair - not ours - decorated the bidet, toilet, shower and floor. Someone, presumably male - had urinated but missed the toilet leaving stains on the floor - and god knows what the hand/fingerprints on the flushing mechanism were from. Not to mention used tissues in the bin. We asked reception for someone to clean the bathroom and went for a walk. When we returned 1 hour or more afterwards, nothing had been done. We again contacted reception and a maintenance man arrived who picked up lots of the hair and the tissues and left - no actual cleaning took place. I hate walking on a sticky (pissy) floor. We tried to use the television in the room but despite a red light showing it steadfastly refused to work. After a change of batteries for the remote, it still didn't work. Reception office staff were eventually able to get it going. The next day we left early in the morning to visit the city and when we returned in the evening the room had not been serviced - again. We used the swimming pool at the hotel. Our presence was an obvious nuisance to the "lifeguard" (who provided towels) because we forced him to look up,al from his mobile phone. If he was so bored, why could he not vacuum some of the rubbish from the bottom of the pool or clean the algae from the green wall? The room had a safe. No matter what we tried it would not work. The room had a fridge. Drinks were actually cooler if you left them out of the fridge under the airconditioning outlet. The carpets in the halls were badly stained and not vacuumed. We stay on average 70 nights a year in hotels and most of those with Accor. This is the first Accor hotel where we have actually been upset at the standard of the property and the lack of response. As stated before, read the other reviews - unfortunately ours is not an isolated experience. I pity the poor front desk staff who have to deal with the ongoing customer complaints. There is clearly a failure of management to instil an appropriate attitude in support staff - they clearly just don't care
